Antonella Martinelli was born in Santa Fe, Argentina and trained at Canada’s National Ballet School where she was the recipient of the Peter Dwyer Award.

 

Antonella joined The National Ballet of Canada as a RBC Apprentice in 2007 and became a member of the Corps de Ballet in 2008. Before her retirement in 2022, Antonella has danced the role of Kitty in the North America premiere of Anna Karenina.
